1. Wanna use torrent through proxy??
most colleges and offices use proxy settings with disabled torrent(peer to peer connection).
An interesting new program called freedom will help u to use torrent through proxies... BUT the free account gives very low speed though they work for emergency and important stuff like books and pdfs or cracks.
then go to http://www.your-freedom.net/ and make a free or paid account for yourself!

2. Best Hacking Operating System
this is Linux base and best for wireless cracking. for more info:www.backtrack-linux.org

nmap: is best port scanner.i.e u can scan all ip address within a range and see which one u can access.!!

You can also make your browser go through multiple proxys to hide yourself!!!
ProxyChecker: a small program to check if u have access through a proxy or not.
PuTTY: A Free Telnet/SSH Client. It also can be used to make torrents work if peer to peer connection is blocked on the proxy u use by making a tunnel through the proxy!!!
